Students’ demand for cancellation of board exams gains momentum on Twitter.
“Imran Khan Students ki sun lo” became the most trending topic on Twitter in Pakistan on Saturday, with over 1.4 million tweets, in which protesting students express their displeasure with the government for forcing them to take examinations
Matriculation and intermediate students, according to details, urged that the government cancel the exams. In this regard, protesting students sent out over 1.4 million tweets, making the hashtag “Imran Khan Students ki Sun Lo” a top Twitter trend.
Punjabi board exams will begin on July 10, but students want to be promoted without taking the tests.
Many celebrities became the students’ voices on social media.
